Interviews

All interviews will be held in our offices located at Unit 5, 19-21 Outram Street West Perth WA 6151 unless you are in remote location, Inter state or Overseas. In this instance a more formal telephone interview will be scheduled or where available a video hook up.

stressful part of looking for new opportunities be prepared
.

During the interview process it is important that you do the following:

1. Bring a copy of your resume and any other documentation that supports your application (eg written references, school results if applicable)

2. Dress appropriately – Keep in mind that our role is not only to assess your needs and wants but also to meet the needs and wants of our clients. How you present yourself to our team will give us a good indication of your match to a client’s culture.

3. Have full referee details readily available if not already included on your resume. Our team will check your references therefore:

  • DO provide at least 2 professional referees
  • DO choose people you have worked with closely, preferable who are in a management position
  • DO NOT choose friends or strangers
  • DO NOT forget to give your referees notice that potential employers will be contacting them for a reference. Let them know the position you are applying for so they are prepared.
  • DO show appreciation, your referee’s are taking valuable time out of their work day to help you secure a new job opportunity
  • 4. Ask Questions – do not be afraid to ask any questions. As they say no question is a stupid question. We do not want to waste your time or our clients by putting you forward for a role you are not 110% committed to undertaking.
    5. Answer our questions Honestly and Openly – We are not here to judge why you left a previous employer or trick you into answering questions. We really are here to find the opportunity that best suits your needs.
