There are no hidden costs in our fee structure.

All fees cover the following services:
- General classified advertising (electronic or print media)
- Interviews & Reference Checking
- All telephone calls, facsimile transmissions and courier costs
Display advertising, aptitude, psychological and skill testing and any other direct costs incurred in the recruitment process will be charged in addition however each of these options will be fully discussed with you before being undertaken.
Our range of fees extends from 10% to 20% of remuneration package - Remuneration includes base salary, superannuation guarantee, car and any other guaranteed component.
Our fee structure is based on a scale depending on the Remuneration offered by your business to the candidate. The structure is negotiable if exclusive rights are awarded to Logic Recruitment or more than one placement is made in any one calendar month.
