As Logic’s lead client liaison, Kilee is responsible for the placement of suitable candidates to Logic’s growing list of Construction and Resource sector Clients. Having served Logic for over four years and bringing her corporate experience from the Finance industry, Kilee is well placed to service Logic’s client base.

Johnathan Wipp - Recruitment Consultant
As Logic’s main candidate sourcer, Johnathan has years of experience in recruitment in the UK, prior to his recent relocation to Perth to work for Logic. Johnathan brings experience in sourcing excellent candidates for Logic clients.

Amanda Mouttet - Recruitment Administrator
As Logic’s main candidate liaison, Amanda is responsible for scrutinising candidates references, experience and Qualifications and keeping Logic’s systems up to date. Amanda has a Strong Administration Background and is a key member of Logic’s Recruitment team.

Sue Furlong - Administration Manager
As Logic’s Administration manager, Sue assists the Recruitment team with all their office administration needs. Sue has a background in Senior Office Management spaning two decades.


Kim Pittick - Accounts Clerk
As Logic’s Accounts Clerk, Kim is responsible for the receivable and payables for the business. Kim is sure to call and say “Hi” from time to time.

Roland Kerspien
Reporting to the board of director’s, Roland is responsible for the successful Management of Logic Recruitment. Roland is also the Employment Agent licensee (DOCEP) on behalf of Logic Recruitment Pty Ltd.

Roland has over 15 years of relevant management experience in the Construction and Mining Industries, with emphasis on controls, contract and finance management.
